The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1492BL-P is a remanufactured rear differential assembly with a 3.08 gear ratio, Ford 8.8 inch ring gear, flat flange pinion yoke, ABS, and Posi Traction. It is built to order and undergoes thorough inspection and testing of all internal components, bearings, and seals. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and proper rolling torque, with correct gear backlash set for precise setup and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM standards of straightness. Zumbrota uses an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
