Reman Complete Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Complete Axle Assembly is meticulously rebuilt to the highest quality standards for precision and reliability. This assembly is designed for GM 9.5" 2007-2013 1500 2WD models featuring a 3.42 Posi Limited Slip Differential. Each axle assembly undergoes a rigorous inspection process. All housings are thoroughly checked for surface wear and cracks, ensuring structural integrity. Internally, all components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. To guarantee longevity and performance, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, set using inch-pound measurements for precise setup. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on both internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. This ensures the housings are cleaned to an OEM finish, setting a high standard for remanufactured axle assemblies. The assembly ensures correct gear backlash is set to provide proper gear lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are also inspected to meet OEM standards of straightness.
