REMAN DIESEL INJECTOR

This is a HEUI (hydraulic electronic unit injector) for the CAT C7 engine, remanufactured by Delphi. These are OEM Delphi injectors that have been tested, flow matched, and balanced to work together as a set, ensuring equal fuel flow for a smooth running engine. Each injector meets OEM performance and specifications. Every remanufactured injector includes a NEW unique trim code, 100% surface lapping of critical components, and 100% o-ring replacement for proper sealing with OE performance, quality, and durability. Replaced components include the nozzle and nozzle cone. Delphi completely disassembles each injector, and each component is inspected and cleaned. When purchasing a set, the set is matched and flowed, and after reassembly, each injector is tested for injection pressure, timing, and correct fuel delivery. The new, unique trim code provides optimum performance and increased fuel efficiency while reducing emissions.
