Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1663B-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically engineered for GM 14 Bolt Truck applications from 1990 to 2000. This unit is equipped with a 3.73 gear ratio and features a Posi Traction differential (G80 code) for enhanced grip and performance. This axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. All tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for wear and cracks. Internals, including the ring and pinion, gears, clutches, and carrier, undergo 100% inspection. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced. The housings are hydro-blasted and cleaned to an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity. It's important to note that this assembly excludes hubs, brakes, backing plates, and axle shafts. Compatibility is restricted to models with a GVW rating below 9000-9200 lbs. This part is built to order and ships when ready.
