Key components such as bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, established using inch-pound measurements for precise setup and longevity. The assembly also ensures correct gear backlash is set for proper lubrication and quiet operation.
