Description
Every motor has its internal components inspected and gauged, with bushings re-impregnated with lubricating oil and ball bearings replaced with new. Armatures are fully tested to ensure insulation, and internal gears are inspected and renewed or replaced if out of spec. Motor magnets are 100% recharged to guarantee efficiency and reliability. For motors with an auto up/down feature, output signals and pulse counts are matched to the vehicle application, and motors are shipped in the 'full up position'.
