The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1917E is a remanufactured 8.8-inch axle assembly built to high standards of precision and reliability. Each assembly is rigorously inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are thoroughly inspected and tested. New bearings and seals are installed, and gears are checked for optimal tooth contact, correct rolling torque, and proper backlash to ensure quiet operation and longevity. This specific assembly features an 8.8-inch ring gear, a 3.27 gear ratio, and an open differential.
