The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2264B-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly, built to high standards of precision and reliability. It features an AAM 11.5-inch ring gear with a 4.10 ratio and includes the G80 posi-traction (LSD) for enhanced performance. This axle assembly is meticulously inspected, with all internal components tested, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced to ensure longevity. Zumbrota employs a proprietary cleaning process, including hydro-blasting and sandblasting, to restore internal and external parts to an OEM finish, ensuring proper gear backlash and quiet operation. Specifically designed for dual rear wheels, this assembly is compatible with specific cab chassis options (ZW9) and excludes wide-track configurations. It is intended for vehicles with JH7 JK3 or JK4 brake options. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately.
