The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA440-1350D is a professionally remanufactured front axle assembly designed specifically for 1997-2004 Ford F-150 trucks equipped with the 8.8 IFS differential. This assembly features a 3.73 gear ratio and an aluminum cover, along with provisions for vacuum disconnect. Each axle assembly is rebuilt to stringent quality standards, beginning with thorough inspection of housings for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are meticulously inspected and tested.
