Remanufactured Axle Assembly, 3.08 Ratio, 7.6" Ring Gear

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2098A is a remanufactured axle assembly, meticulously rebuilt to meet high standards of precision and reliability. This unit is engineered for GM 7.5-inch ring gear applications, featuring a 3.08 ratio, 5-lug axles, and the GU4 ratio option. It is configured without Posi Traction. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. During the remanufacturing process, all tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. A comprehensive 100% inspection of all internal parts, including ring and pinion gears, clutch assemblies, and carriers, is performed. To ensure longevity and proper setup, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced, and the correct rolling torque is established using precise measurements. The housing is restored to an OEM finish through a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process.
