The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1699C is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed to restore the functionality of your vehicle's rear end. This unit features a 3.27 gear ratio and is built around a Ford 8.8-inch ring gear with 9-inch brake compatibility. It is specifically intended for 1994 through 1997 Ford Ranger models. This axle assembly is meticulously remanufactured to meet high standards of precision and reliability. The process includes inspecting and straightening all tubes to OEM specifications, and testing housings for any surface wear or cracks. A comprehensive 100% inspection is performed on all internal parts, such as the ring and pinion, internal gears, clutch, and carrier. As part of the remanufacturing, all bearings, seals, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new components. The housings are then cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, returning them to their original OEM finish.
