The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2034E is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for 1997-1999 Ford F150 models with an 8.8-inch ring gear and rear drum brakes. This assembly is rebuilt to high standards of precision and reliability, with all internal components thoroughly inspected and tested. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced as part of the remanufacturing process. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-peening deep cleaning, to ensure a superior finish and quality. This axle assembly features a 3.31 gear ratio and is configured for rear drum brakes. It is important to note that this unit is designed without Posi Traction and does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
