The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2111P-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for 1995-2002 GMC Astro and Safari vans equipped with the 7.5-inch ring gear differential. This unit comes with a 3.42 gear ratio and G80 Posi-Traction for enhanced traction. Each axle assembly is meticulously remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. The process includes inspection of all tubes for straightness and housings for cracks and surface wear. Internal components, such as the ring and pinion, gears, and clutches, are 100% inspected and tested. Critical wear items like bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Furthermore, housings are cleaned using a hydro-blasting process to achieve an OEM finish, and precise rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for optimal setup and longevity. This remanufactured axle assembly is built to order and includes a refundable core charge of +$400.
