The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2188A is a remanufactured axle assembly, specifically engineered for Dana 60 rear ends. This unit is built to the highest quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability for your 2001-2007 Ford E250 and E350 models equipped with single rear wheels and disc brakes. It features a 3.55 gear ratio and an open differential. During the remanufacturing process, each axle assembly undergoes a rigorous inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including the ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. To guarantee optimal performance and longevity, all bearings and seals are replaced. The gears are meticulously inspected for correct tooth contact patterns and set with precise rolling torque using inch-pound measurements.
