The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2031A-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for the 1999 Ford F-150. This unit boasts a 3.55 gear ratio and a 9.75-inch ring gear, featuring a Posi Traction limited-slip differential for enhanced traction. It is engineered for models equipped with rear drum brakes and utilizes 12mm wheel studs. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain ensures all components meet stringent quality standards. This includes 100% inspection of all internal parts, such as ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced to guarantee longevity and performance. The housings undergo a thorough inspection for wear and cracks, and are hydro-blasted to restore them to an OEM finish, ensuring correct rolling torque for precision setup.
