The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1980A-P is a remanufactured axle assembly for Ford 10.5-inch rear ends. It features a 3.73 gear ratio, Posi Traction (LSD), and is designed for dual rear wheels (DRW).

This assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. All tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for cracks. Internal components, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, and clutches, are 100% inspected. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced. The housing is hydro-blasted to an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1980A-P is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for 1999-2000 Ford F350 trucks equipped with dual rear wheels (DRW). This unit features a 3.73 gear ratio and a Posi Traction Limited Slip Differential (LSD) for enhanced traction. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain ensures the integrity and performance of each axle assembly. Tubes are inspected and straightened to meet OEM specifications, while housings are rigorously tested for surface wear and cracks. A comprehensive 100% inspection of all internal parts, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, and clutches, is performed. To guarantee reliability and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new components. The axle housing is hydro-blasted to restore it to its original OEM finish, and the correct rolling torque is precisely established using inch-pound measurements for optimal setup and extended service life. This axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, or backing plates, nor does it include axle shafts. It is compatible with tag numbers S160C, S160E, and S160F.
