The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2020-P is a remanufactured axle assembly, meticulously rebuilt to high standards of precision and reliability. Each assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, ensuring precise setup and longevity. Proper gear backlash is set for lubrication and quiet operation, and axle tubes are inspected to meet OEM standards. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning, to set the standard for axle assembly remanufacturing. This axle assembly is designed for Ford F-150 models from 2000-2004, featuring a 3.73 gear ratio, a 10.25-inch ring gear, and Posi Traction for enhanced performance. It is suitable for a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 7700 lbs. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
