The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2327B is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically engineered for 2015-2019 Ford Transit models equipped with SRW Diesel powertrains. This unit features a 9.75-inch ring gear diameter, a 3.73 gear ratio, and an open differential configuration. This axle assembly is rebuilt to stringent quality standards. The remanufacturing process begins with cleaning all housings using an advanced hydro blasting and rinsing technique, returning them to their original OEM finish. Critical wear items are systematically replaced, including 100% of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Every internal component, such as ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergoes a comprehensive inspection to ensure optimal performance and durability. Furthermore, all housings are meticulously checked for surface wear and cracks, and the tubes are inspected and straightened to meet OEM specifications. It is important to note that this axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. Correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements to ensure precision setup and extended longevity.
