The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2204D-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for precision and reliability. This assembly features a 3.92 gear ratio, a Chrysler 8.25 inch ring gear, and a 10-bolt round cover. It is equipped with posi-traction and traction control capabilities, ensuring enhanced performance and handling. During the remanufacturing process, every axle assembly is thoroughly inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo a 100% inspection and testing. Furthermore, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced to guarantee optimal function.
