The Zumbrota Drivetrain remanufactured axle assembly provides a robust solution for your vehicle's drivetrain needs. This assembly is built for Chrysler 9.25-inch differentials and features a 3.92 gear ratio, a Posi Traction limited-slip differential, and a 12-bolt hexagon cover. It is specifically designed for 2006-2007 Dodge 1500 4x4 models. Every Zumbrota Drivetrain remanufactured axle assembly undergoes a comprehensive inspection and rebuilding process. This includes straightening all tubes to OEM specifications and testing housings for surface wear and cracks. All internal parts, such as ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected 100%. Critical wear components like bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The rebuilding process also involves extensive cleaning using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing method to restore housings to their original OEM finish.
