The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2161B is a remanufactured axle assembly engineered for AAM 11.5 inch ring gear applications, featuring a 4.10 gear ratio and designed for dual rear wheel vehicles. Each axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process to ensure precision and reliability. Internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are thoroughly inspected and tested. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. Gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, measured in inch-pounds for precise setup and longevity. Housing straightness is also verified to meet OEM standards. Zumbrota Drivetrain employs an exclusive cleaning procedure involving hydro-blast rinsing and sandblasting, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process on both internal and external parts. This advanced cleaning method restores housings to their original OEM finish, setting a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing. This particular assembly is configured without Posi Traction and does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. This product comes with a 1 Year Limited Warranty.
