The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2294D-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for Chrysler 9.25ZF applications, specifically the 2013-2018 Dodge Ram 1500 and 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic with 5-lug wheels. This assembly features a 4.10 gear ratio and a Posi Traction limited-slip differential, engineered to meet rigorous demands while ensuring a smooth ride and reliable performance. Each Zumbrota axle assembly undergoes a meticulous remanufacturing process. This includes a comprehensive inspection of the housing for straightness, cracks, and surface wear, ensuring it meets OEM specifications. All internal components, such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are 100% inspected and tested. Crucially, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts.
