Remanufactured Axle Assembly 4.10 Ratio 10.25" Ring Gear

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1495C-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically engineered for 1987-1997 Ford F250 and F350 trucks. This unit features a robust 10.25-inch ring gear and a 4.10 gear ratio, designed to replace the original axle assembly directly and ensure an exact fit. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously inspects all components. Axle tubes are straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for any surface wear or cracks. A comprehensive 100% inspection is performed on all internal parts, including the ring & pinion, internal gears, clutches, and carrier. To ensure reliability and performance, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The housing is restored to its original finish using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process. Precision setup and longevity are further guaranteed by establishing the correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements. This particular axle assembly is configured for Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) equipped vehicles, Single Rear Wheel (SRW) applications, and features a Full Floating (FF) axle design. It also includes a Posi Limited Slip Differential (LSD) to enhance traction and performance.
