The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1977B-P is a remanufactured axle assembly, meticulously rebuilt to the highest standards of precision and reliability. Each assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. New bearings and seals are installed, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque for precise setup and longevity. Proper gear backlash is set to ensure adequate gear lubrication and quiet operation, while axle tubes are inspected to meet OEM standards of straightness. This specific assembly is designed for Ford 10.5-inch ring gear axles with a 4.10 gear ratio and Posi Traction. It is intended for single rear wheel (SRW) applications and is compatible with 1999 Ford F-350 SRW models. Please note that this unit does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately.
