Remanufactured Axle Assembly 4.10 Ratio

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2265B is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for 2007-2010 GM Pickup 3500 DRW models equipped with the Wide Trac option and the ZW9 Cab Chassis option. This unit features a 4.10 gear ratio and is built around a robust AAM 11.5-inch ring gear. During the remanufacturing process, all tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings undergo rigorous testing for wear and cracks. Zumbrota Drivetrain conducts a 100% inspection of all internal components, including the ring and pinion, internal gears, clutch packs, and carriers. Critical wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. The housings are hydro-blasted for a like-new finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity. This specific axle assembly is configured for Dual Rear Wheels (DRW) and includes provisions for brake options JH7, JK3, or JK4. It is specified as having full floating axles and the GTY Wide Track option, with a GT5 ratio option. Importantly, this assembly is sold without hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately.
