Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA440-234B is a remanufactured complete axle assembly specifically designed for heavy-duty applications. This assembly features a 9.25-inch GM ring gear and a 4.10 ratio, intended for 2011-2012 GM 2500 and 3500 trucks. The unit is built to order and ships in high-density plastic totes to prevent in-transit damage. Zumbrota Drivetrain inspects all housings for surface wear and cracks. Internal components, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are subjected to a 100% inspection. To guarantee optimal performance and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are meticulously cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, restoring them to an OEM finish. Furthermore, the correct rolling torque is established using precise inch-pound measurements. Key specifications include the GM 9.25 Inch Ring Gear, IFS, Ratio Option GT5, and inside clips on the U-Joint cap.
