The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-199C-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for AAM 11.5-inch ring gear axles. This unit comes with a 4.10 gear ratio and Posi-Traction for enhanced performance. It is compatible with 2009-2011 Chrysler Ram 3500 DRW 4x4 models. Each axle assembly is meticulously rebuilt to meet high standards of precision and reliability. Zumbrota Drivetrain inspects all components for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. The internal parts, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo comprehensive inspection and testing. To ensure longevity and quiet operation, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced, and gears are set for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque with precise backlash settings. The remanufacturing process includes Zumbrota's exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure for internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-peening deep cleaning. This thorough cleaning process restores housings to OEM finish and ensures all tubes meet OEM standards for straightness.
