The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA434-111A is a remanufactured axle assembly built to exacting standards of precision and reliability. All internal components, including the ring and pinions, gears, and carriers, are meticulously inspected and tested. To guarantee longevity and proper function, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The assembly is precisely set for gear backlash to ensure proper lubrication and quiet operation. Zumbrota Drivetrain employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-peened deep cleaning process for internal and external parts, setting a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing. This particular axle assembly features a 9.25-inch ring gear size and a 3.73 gear ratio with an open differential type. It is specifically designed for 2007 and 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab, 2500, and 3500 models.
