The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1438E is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for 1985-1990 Chrysler and Dodge 1/2 ton trucks. This assembly features a 9.25-inch ring gear and a 3.90 gear ratio, suitable for vehicles without ABS. Zumbrota Drivetrain remanufactures these axle assemblies to stringent quality standards. The process involves a comprehensive inspection of the housing for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Critical internal components, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are meticulously inspected and tested to ensure optimal performance and longevity. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The assembly is designed with precision setup and longevity in mind.
