The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1967C-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically built for the Dana 60 axle, designed for 1999-2004 Ford E350 vehicles with Single Rear Wheels (SRW). This assembly features a 4.10 gear ratio and a 9.75-inch ring gear, incorporating Posi Traction for improved performance and handling. It is configured for vehicles with rear disc brakes and full-float axles. During the remanufacturing process, all tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for cracks. Internal components, including gears, clutches, and carriers, are thoroughly inspected. Crucially, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced to ensure optimal setup and longevity. The housings are cleaned using a hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore them to an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established with precision measurements. It is critical to note that this RAA435-1967C-P axle assembly is sold without hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. These components will need to be sourced separately for installation.
