Remanufactured Axle Assembly, Dana 80 3.73 Posi Traction

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-161E-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly for the Dana 80 differential. This assembly is built for dual rear wheel (DRW) applications and features a 3.73 gear ratio with Posi Traction. The 11.25-inch ring gear size is suitable for heavy-duty use. Each axle assembly is remanufactured to OEM specifications, with all tubes inspected for straightness and housings tested for cracks. Internal components, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo 100% inspection. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced. The housings are cleaned using a hydro blasting process to restore an OEM finish, and precision setup is ensured through correct rolling torque establishment for longevity. This axle assembly is designed for 2008-2010 Ford F350 models equipped with the 5.4L engine. It is specifically for non-cab chassis configurations. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
