Remanufactured Axle Assembly Dana 80 4.10 Ratio 11.25-Inch Ring Gear

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2125A is a remanufactured complete axle assembly featuring a Dana 80 differential. It is precision-built to meet the highest standards of reliability and performance, with a 4.10 gear ratio and an 11.25-inch ring gear diameter. This assembly is specifically designed for the 2000 Ford F-350 DRW Cab Chassis models and is equipped without Posi Traction. During the remanufacturing process, each axle assembly undergoes a thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are meticulously inspected and tested. Zumbrota replaces all bearings and seals, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, measured with inch-pound specifications for precise setup and longevity. Gear backlash is set to ensure proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are also inspected to meet OEM standards of straightness.
