Remanufactured Axle Assembly for Dana 35

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1568C-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for the Dana 35 axle found in 1990-1996 Jeep Cherokee models. This assembly comes with a 3.07 gear ratio, a 7.562-inch ring gear diameter, and Posi Traction for enhanced grip. It is configured for vehicles without ABS and features 10-inch brakes. Please note that this product is sold as an assembly only and does not include axles, hubs, backing plates, or separate brake components. During the remanufacturing process, all tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. Zumbrota Drivetrain performs a 100% inspection of all internal parts, including the ring and pinion, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. Essential wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced to ensure reliability and performance. The housing undergoes a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore it to an OEM finish. Furthermore, the correct rolling torque is precisely established using inch-pound measurements, contributing to the assembly's setup accuracy and longevity.
