Remanufactured Axle Assembly for Dana 35

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1811B-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly built for the Dana 35 axle, featuring a 3.55 gear ratio and Posi Traction. This unit is specifically designed for 1993-1995 Jeep Wrangler models that are equipped with ABS. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously inspects all internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, for wear and damage. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The gears are examined to ensure optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, with backlash set to OEM specifications for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are also inspected and straightened to meet OEM standards. Zumbrota Drivetrain employs a proprietary cleaning process involving hydro-blasting and sandblasting, followed by a deep cleaning procedure, to restore housings to an OEM finish.
