The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2032D-P is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for specific Ford F-150 models from 1999-2000. This unit features a 3.55 gear ratio, a Ford 9.75-inch ring gear, and is configured for rear disc brakes with 12 mm wheel studs. Each axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. Zumbrota inspects all internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of precision and reliability. All bearings and seals are replaced with new parts. The gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set to precise rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for longevity and proper setup. Correct gear backlash is also set to ensure optimal gear lubrication and quiet operation. Internal and external parts are cleaned using an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-peening deep cleaning process, which sets a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing and brings housings back to OEM finish. All axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. Ensure compatibility with your vehicle's tag numbers, as it is designed for specific tag numbers like S918D and S919.
