The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2175B is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for specific Ford E-150 models from 2002-2003. This unit features a 3.55 gear ratio and utilizes a Ford 9.75 inch ring gear, suitable for semi-float axles and rear disc brake systems. Each axle assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. To ensure longevity and optimal performance, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for proper tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque.
