The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-183B is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for Dana 60 applications, specifically fitting 2009-2014 Ford E350 models. This assembly is built to rigorous quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability. Each axle assembly undergoes a comprehensive inspection process. This includes checking for straightness, cracks, and surface wear on housings. All internal components, such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. As part of the remanufacturing process, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for precise setup and longevity. Gear backlash is carefully set to ensure proper lubrication and quiet operation.
