The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2043F-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly. It features a Posi Limited Slip Differential with a 4.30 gear ratio and a 10.5-inch axle diameter.

Bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The housing and tubes are inspected for straightness, wear, and cracks. Zumbrota uses a hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary cleaning process. Note that axles are not included with this assembly.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2043F-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for Ford 10.5-inch axles. This assembly features a Posi Limited Slip Differential (LSD) with a 4.30 gear ratio, suitable for Single Rear Wheel (SRW) applications, and includes a flat yoke. Each Zumbrota axle assembly is rebuilt to stringent quality standards. The remanufacturing process involves thorough inspection of all internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings and seals are replaced to ensure reliable operation. Gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and precise rolling torque measurements, crucial for setup and longevity. Backlash is set correctly to ensure proper gear lubrication and quiet performance. Further quality assurance includes inspection of axle tubes for OEM-specified straightness and testing of housings for surface wear and cracks. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-peened deep cleaning process, setting a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing. Note that this is an assembly only, and axles are not included. This remanufactured axle assembly is specifically designed for 2002-2004 Ford Excursion and F350 models.
