Remanufactured Complete Axle Assembly 4.30 Ratio SRW Flat Yoke

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2043F is a remanufactured complete axle assembly, engineered for precision and reliability for Ford 10.5" axles. This assembly features a 4.30 gear ratio and is specifically designed for Single Rear Wheel (SRW) configurations with a flat yoke pinion. Zumbrota Drivetrain rebuilds these axle assemblies to exacting standards. Each unit undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. Crucially, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts to ensure optimal performance and durability. The gears are meticulously set for ideal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, measured in inch-pounds for precise setup and extended lifespan. Gear backlash is carefully adjusted to guarantee proper lubrication and quiet operation. Furthermore, axle tubes are inspected to confirm they meet OEM specifications for straightness. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-peened deep cleaning process for both internal and external parts. This rigorous cleaning method sets a high standard for remanufactured axle assemblies, ensuring a like-new finish and robust performance. This remanufactured axle assembly is compatible with the following vehicles: 2002-2004 Ford Excursion, 2002-2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty, and 2002-2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty.
