Remanufactured Complete Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1934B is a remanufactured complete axle assembly, meticulously rebuilt to meet high standards for quality and reliability. The manufacturing process involves thorough inspection and straightening of all tubes to OEM specifications. Housings undergo comprehensive testing for surface wear and cracks, and all internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected 100%. To ensure peace of mind and optimal performance, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are restored to an OEM finish using an advanced hydro-blasting cleaning process, and precision rolling torque settings are meticulously applied using inch-pound measurements. Key specifications for this axle assembly include a Semi Floating axle type, the inclusion of a cover, and the exclusion of fluid. While specific vehicle fitment details for the RAA435-1934B are not explicitly provided on the product page, it is part of a range suitable for various models, particularly noted for Chevrolet S10/S15 2WD models from 1998-2005 with a 3.42 ratio and a 7.5" ring gear. Customers have reported satisfaction with its robust construction and smooth operation, with one user noting a significant performance improvement after installation. As a remanufactured part, the shipping fee includes the transportation of the product and the return of your core to the manufacturer. A partial refund on shipping costs is available if you opt to send your core in advance, though this may extend the overall process.
