Each axle assembly is thoroughly inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear, with all internal components rigorously tested. The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-182B-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly specifically engineered for the Dana 60 rear differential, designed to meet the demanding needs of 2009-2011 Ford E250 vehicles. This assembly boasts a 4.10 gear ratio and a substantial 9.75-inch ring gear, suitable for semi-float axle configurations. It comes equipped with integrated AdvanceTrac for Roll Stability Control and a Posi Traction limited-slip differential, enhancing both control and traction. The remanufacturing process involves a comprehensive inspection of the housing for straightness, cracks, and wear, alongside a 100% inspection of all internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. Gears are meticulously inspected for precise tooth contact patterns and rolling torque, with backlash set to OE specifications for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Zumbrota Drivetrain employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-peened deep cleaning process, which sets a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing and restores housings to an OEM finish. Please note that this axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately.
