The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA440-1288C is a remanufactured Dana 35IFS axle assembly designed for 1991-1994 Ford Explorer models with a 3.73 gear ratio. This unit undergoes a rigorous rebuilding process to ensure precision and reliability. During remanufacturing, each axle assembly is meticulously inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including the ring and pinion, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested.
