Overview

Denso remanufactured alternators are original equipment on many production cars and a favorite in motorsports due to their light weight, high-efficiency, and durability. Denso remanufactured alternators undergo a rigorous testing process, including stators and rectifiers tested to 300V, and rotors to 600V. Rotor slip rings are buffed to an 8-micron surface finish with runout limited to 20 microns to minimize brush wear. Bearings are validated to OE standards and loaded with premium OE-specification lubricants. They are offered in a wide range of amp ratings for hundreds of specific vehicle applications and meet Denso's rigorous First Time Fit standards, ensuring perfect mounting with no belt/pulley alignment issues. Housings are re-tapped and checked for heat warping, corrosion, or improper surface alignment. Voltage regulators are 100% tested to OE standards. All hardware is stripped and replated, and they feature premium cores and precise OE-assembly benchmarks. They are designed to meet grueling heat and electrical requirements, providing OE-quality fit and appearance, and full compatibility with sensitive electronics systems.
