Description
This alternator features perfect mounting with no belt or pulley alignment issues. It undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process, including testing of stators and rectifiers to 300 volts and rotors to 600 volts. Rotor slip rings are buffed to an 8-micron surface finish with runout limited to 20 microns, and bearings are validated to OE standards.
