Each Zumbrota axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. This includes inspecting all tubes for straightness to OEM specifications and testing housings for surface wear and cracks. Internal components, such as ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are 100% inspected. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts.
