The ACDelco 18FR1379C is a remanufactured disc brake caliper. It is pressure tested to ensure safe and confident braking and is developed without attached brake pads for customization.

Each caliper is pressure tested to ensure safe and confident braking performance. The caliper is constructed with cast iron and aluminum specifications to prevent extra stress on the brake boosting mounting. It is developed without attached brake pads, allowing for customization to meet specific needs. This ACDelco Gold brake caliper assembly features 2 pistons and includes mounting hardware. It is designed as a floating caliper with a silver finish and female inlet fitting type. The bleeder thread diameter is M10x1.5, and it comes with caliper slides and a mounting bracket. This caliper is designed for use on Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models from 1999-2006 in the front left position, and on Chevrolet Silverado 2500 models from 1999-2004 in the rear right position. It also fits GMC Sierra 1500 models from 1999-2006. For 2007, it fits the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 HD Classic. It is also compatible with GMC Sierra 3500 HD and Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD models from 2007-2010.
