Description

The GM Performance 89038381 (HT383E Crate Engine) is a 383 cu. in. (6.3L) Chevrolet Performance Small-Block V-8 engine designed for half-ton trucks and SUVs that originally came with a small-block 350 engine. It delivers 323 hp and 444 lb.-ft. of torque. It features a new 4-bolt-main iron block, forged steel stroker crankshaft, hydraulic roller camshaft, and cast-iron Vortec-style cylinder heads. It is intended for competition use only.
