Description

The Premium Drive Train L4307X is a remanufactured engine long block assembly. It is built to OEM or better standards, with rigorous inspection and machining to meet or exceed original factory specifications. The process includes 100 percent magnaflux crack detection on cast iron blocks, CNC machining, and honed cylinders.

Cylinder heads are resurfaced and inspected, fitted with new valves, seals, and lifters. Pressure and vacuum testing ensures leak-free operation. The assembly uses 100 percent new pistons, rings, bearings, and seals. Cold motored Sims testing verifies compression, oil pressure, torque-to-turn, and mechanical integrity.
