The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA440-1410 is a remanufactured Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) axle assembly, meticulously rebuilt to exacting standards. This unit features a 2.82 gear ratio and a 210mm ring gear, specifically designed for Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) applications. It is engineered without Posi Traction. During the remanufacturing process, all housings are rigorously tested for surface wear and cracks. Internal components, including the ring and pinion, gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo a 100% inspection. Critical wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced with new parts. The housings are restored to an OEM finish through a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, ensuring both aesthetics and durability. Precision setup and longevity are further guaranteed by establishing the correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements. This axle assembly is compatible with the 2006-2011 Dodge Charger, 2005-2008 Dodge Magnum, and 2006-2011 Chrysler 300 models.
