Remanufactured NP243 Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC243D-3 is a remanufactured NP243 transfer case, meticulously rebuilt to ensure confidence and satisfaction. Expert craftsmen restore each unit, thoroughly inspecting and testing internal components for wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. This process ensures the highest quality standards are met. Zumbrota Drivetrain utilizes an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning to restore components to an OEM finish. Each unit is fully rebuilt with the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. The finished units are then spun tested for shift-ability and noise to guarantee performance. This specific NP243 transfer case is for the 2006-2007 Dodge Dakota and Mitsubishi Raider models. It features a cup-style front output yoke and a star-shaped shift shaft with a 23-spline input shaft and a 32-spline rear output. The shift motor is not included with this unit.
